Cenrtrally Located Studio

Near the St Denis old door of the ancient Paris, built in 1672 to celebrate the victory of Louis XIV battles on the Rhin river.
Typical Parisian, this studio features the charm of ceiling genuine wooden beams, and genuine red painted' tiled floor. Southeast exposed it is located on the 5th French floor of a well-kept 18th century walk up building equipped with a security system. It is perfect for a couple.
In the living room two double glazed windows protected by off-white curtains that open to the street. Here the walls are white, and it is basically furnished with a rectangular dining table and two folding chairs (three extra chairs are available), a decorative fireplace, a 19th century dressing table, a black 1950' desk, a wooden closet, a double futon on tatamis and a DVD player. Unlimited high speed Internet access is available but not the computer.
To the left side of the living room, overlooking the street trough a double glazed window, the kitchen is turquoise painted, ornamented with motif' brown tiles. It is composed of two electric burners, a fridge, freezer, a microwave, a small folding table, double stainless steel sinks, and utensils put away on shelves.
Facing the main door the off-white tiled and painted bathroom also has genuine ceiling beams, enclosing a glass shower cabin, an oval white ceramic washbasin with a mirror above and little closet below, two shelves, and toilet.
Partly residential this busy street has the advantage of a large number of varied food shops, nice and basic restaurants, and cafes. A few steps away are the Grands Boulevards, lined with 19th century buildings, which used to be the center of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries, always offering number of fashion shops and others, and entertainment such as theaters and cinemas. In a few minutes walking distance is the Opéra Garnier, and, a little farther, on one side the beautiful Place Vendome, and on the other side the renowned Louvre Museum.
