Silent and Bright Studio

Rue du Faubourg Saint Martin Between Boulevard de Magenta et Porte Saint Martin.
Completely remodeled, this silent and bright 35m2 studio west exposed faces a large courtyard, located on the 3rd French floor of a 19th century walk-up building equipped with a security system. It is perfect for one couple.
All white painted with a pleasant parquet floor the main door opens to the well-set 31m2 living room having a 3.50m2 mezzanine where is settled a double mattress (1.50m between ceiling and mezzanine floor). To the right side of the main door is the U-shaped open kitchen, and recessed, the bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning.
Three windows, one of which is a double directional opening skylight, are protected by orange short curtains or an integrated rolling blind, enlighten the living room. Here the furniture consists on a double convertible futon, a rectangular wooden dining table with folding chairs, a wooden armchair, and a desk on which are set down a combo telephone/fax. Just beside Hi Fi stereo stands on a shelf, as well as other decorative objects, there are a few bookshelves, as well as other clothes shelves and hanging bar screened by a bottle green curtain. There is also a cable TV and a high speed Internet connection.
The kitchen space is equipped with one electric and three gas burners, a hood with exhaust fan, a traditional electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, double white sinks installed on the wooden worktop, and cupboards containing the utensils.
Close to the entrance the way in to the white tiled bathroom right after the door is deeply slopped. Otherwise the whole space is about 1.85m high, including the shower space protected by a plastic curtain. There is also a white ceramic washbasin with a mirror above, some shelves, a heating/towels heater, toilet, and a window.
Busy residential and commercial street of a neighborhood providing a large number of varied food shops mainly on the close daily Rue Saint-Denis market, as well as traditional and basic restaurants, and cafes all around. Very close is Paris main film library, a few steps away are the Grands Boulevards, the Opéra Garnier, the luxurious Place Vendôme on one side, and the renowned Louvre Museum on the other side.
