This 44m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the third French floor of a walk-up building from the early 20th century, facing southeast and having a security code system on premises. The apartment can accommodate two people.
The layout is as follows: main entry hall leads straight up to the living room, to the left is the bathroom. Back to the main entry hall- turnings left and then right to a second hall giving access to the kitchen follow by the restroom and ending with the bedroom. The décor is eclectic.
The 14m2 living room is furnished with a red velvet lounge sofa, two wooden armchairs, a low table, a marble fireplace, a hanging lamp, a stereo system, a rectangular desk/dinning table, a chair, a reading lamp, a telephone/fax, a small serving table, a lamp and other decorative items. The walls are off-white, ceiling moldings, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with fabric curtains. The main entry hall has a built-in closet and bookshelves.
The 16m2 bedroom has a double bed, a small night table with lamp, a marble non-working fireplace, a mirror, a small TV, a VCR, a portable radio/CD/cassette player, a telephone, a wooden table, a chair, a floor lamp, a hanging rack and some decorative items. The walls are off white, ceiling moldings, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with fabric curtains.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burners gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge, a manual coffee maker, a toaster, a sink, a breakfast table, a chair, a small wooden table, a cabinet and shelves containing kitchen utensils. The walls are off white with partial white tiles, the floor has cream/red color tiles and there is a window.
The bathroom has a small bathtub with overhead shower protected by plastic curtain, a sink, a mirror, two single shelves, a folding chair, a hamper and a small washing machine. The walls are off white with partial white tiles and the floor has blue/cream color tiles. The separate restroom has a toilet, a mirror; the walls are off white and white tiled floor.
Situated in a residential and commercial area that has preserved the charm of village qualities Close to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, beautifully landscaped with huge cliffs, revealing caves, a suspended bridge and a lake; offering a vast belt of greenery for strolling, cycling, jogging, boating and picnicking. Not far from the Cimetiere du Pere Lachaise- Paris's most prestigious cemetery, the burial place of celebrities such as Frederic Chopin, Edith Piaf and Jim Morrison. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
