Agreable Studio in a tourist area
This agreeable studio apartment is located in a large street near one of Paris most tourist area, between Bd de Starsbourg and Bd de Magenta. It is perfect for a couple.

Near this apartment, you will find the 'Grands Boulevards' that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of 'café' and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. This area boast of café, shops and small restaurants, offering food from all over the world: Indian, Turkish, Indonesian, Yugoslavian, etc. Located in the lane, it has the atmosphere of the very old Paris. At a few minutes walk is the 'Opéra Garnier', which was intended to establish a 'Napoleon III style'; the result was a neo-baroque building. This popular area is actually very central and at only a 15 minutes walking distance from the Seine River and is also bordering on the 3rd and 4th district.

This 25m2 apartment is situated on the 5th floor of an 18th century walk-up building. Although the interior of the apartment is in a good condition the staircase of the building itself would need to be redone. The main gate of the building entry is protected with a security system.

The exposure is northwest and it faces both the street and a calm courtyard.
The walls are covered with white wallpaper and the floors are carpeted except the kitchen where are brown tiled floors.

The apartment is divided as follows: on the right side of the corridor once you enter the apartment is the separate kitchen, following is still on the right side the bathroom and toilet and just in front of the corridor is the main 18m2 dinning and sleeping area.

The living room has two windows with colored black out drapes and a double window protection giving on the street side.
It is fully furnished and decorated with a double sofa bed (140 wide) as well as a folding single mattress (80 wide). There is also a dining table with its four matching chairs, a cable TV with VCR (combo), a mini-stereo, a phone and a writing desk having on one side a small wardrobe and a halogen.

The separate kitchen has a window with curtains giving on the courtyard and a small folding table. It is equipped with a small fridge, an electric oven, two electric burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, a water boiler and a stainless sink. All the necessary utensils are placed out in the diverse cupboards.

The bathroom is fitted out with a shower with a handhold showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and toilet.

There is also a washing machine.

An internet access is available.

The nearest metro station is Strasbourg Saint-Denis (line 8,9 and 4).
