Neighborhood: This apartment is located in the heart of the Latin Quarter between Rue Galande and Boulevard Saint Germain. Bordering the Seine and just beside Notre Dame, this exceptional location in the heart of the Latin Quarter is undoubtedly one of the most youthful areas of Paris; it abounds with historical points of interest. Famous institutes of learning such as the Sorbonne are found in this area, which has retained much of its old character. This district is covered with narrow, cobbled streets dating back to the 13th century. There are diverse jazz clubs, cafes, cinemas and bookshops and all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood like the notable street market at Place Maubert. Premises: This charming 75m˛ (approx. 805 sq. ft.) three-bedroom split level apartment is located on the fourth French floor of a walk-up building from the early 17th century. It faces south and has a security code system and an intercom on the premises. It is furnished with a single bed, a night table with a lamp, bookshelves, a table/desk, and shelves. The walls are off white with partial wood beam frames, the floor has beige carpeting and there is a skylight window. The closest metro station is Maubert Mutualite (line 10) or Saint Michel (line 4).
