Four bedroom apartment with 25m2 terrace near the Marais

This 150m2 four bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a Hotel Particulier from the end of the 17th century, facing South/North, having as a security code system, an intercom on premises and a 25m2 private terrace/courtyard. The layout is as follows: main entry leads to the kitchen to the right, to an open study (measuring around 12m2) to the left with a double bed followed by the 26 m2 living room and 25m2 terrace. The main bedroom, second bedroom and main bathroom are off the living area to the right side. A stairway leads to the third bedroom, second bathroom and restroom. A second stairway off the living/kitchen area leads to the fourth bedroom to the right and to the private bathroom to the left. The living room is furnished with a sofa, an antique cabinet with lamp, a wall unit, a TV/VCR, a rustic dining table with five chairs and a piano. There are two matching leather armchairs, a rectangular coffee table, a stereo system, bookshelves, three other matching armchairs and other decorative items. Almost the entire apartment has cream colored walls, beamed ceiling, parquet wooden floor and two French style windows with access to the terrace as well as a third window with indoor shades overlooking the courtyard. An extra single bed can be added in the living room upon request. Upstairs, the 10m2 first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a night table with lamp, bookshelves, and canvas hanging shelves. The walls are also painted in a cream color. It also has beamed ceiling; hardwood floors and a window with fabric curtains overlooking the courtyard as well as a second small window. The second 13m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a night table with lamp, bookshelves, a desk with reading lamp and chrome chair and canvas hanging shelves. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burners gas stove with exhaust fan, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave, a taster, a sink and a dishwasher. There is a square table with five colorful leather chairs, built in cabinets and drawers containing kitchen utensils. The walls are off-white with partial blue tiles over the counter, slightly worn hardwood floors and a window overlooking the courtyard. Upstairs, the first bathroom has a bathtub with manual showerhead, double sinks with bottom cabinet and upper mirrored medicine cabinet, towel racks, shelves and a washing machine (cover by wooden door). The walls are off-white (could use a paint job) with partial aqua color tiles and cream color decorative tiled floor. Its walls are cream painted and the floor tiles are of dark blue color. The third upstairs bedroom measures approximately 18m2 and is furnished with a double bed, a night table with lamp, bookshelves, a desk with reading lamp and canvas hanging shelves. There are jute floor and a window with yellow curtains overlooking the courtyard and a second small window. The fourth bedroom located on the ground floor is around 20 m2 and is furnished with a double bed, bookshelves, a desk with reading lamp and canvas hanging shelves. The walls are done in a cream, beamed ceiling; parquet wooden floor and there is a window with yellow curtains overlooking the courtyard and a second small window. Wifi internet access is available. Attached to this fourth room is the second bathroom having a bathtub with manual showerhead, single sink and mirrors. The walls are white and blue hardwood floors. A lively and historical area, the Marais has a particular atmosphere also due to its pre-Revolution architecture, enclosing a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, as well as diverse types of trendy bars and restaurants. Near by is the royal Place des Vosges famous and hailed for the harmony of its architecture, where, at number 6 lived the world famous French novelist Victor Hugo. Right by the Beaubourg area and Pompidou Center, an avant-garde structure and one of Paris's most visible buildings. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
