One apartment in the historic Latin Quarter between Rue d'Arbalete and Rue Pascal.
This one bedroom apartment is located on the second French floor of a building from the early 19th century facing southeast, having a security code system, an intercom and an elevator on the premises.

The layout is as follows: main entry leads directly to the living room, the bedroom and kitchen lead off the living area and the bathroom is by the entry.

The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, three upholstery armchairs, wrought iron shelves, a set of two end tables, a cable TV with DVD player, a stereo, a floor lamp, an area carpet, an oval drop leaf dining table with two chairs, four stools, a mirror and some other decorative items. The walls are off white, parquet wooden floor and there is a window (double-glazed) with fabric curtains with partial courtyard view and a small window by the main entry.
A high speed Internet connection is available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers with lamp, an upholstery armchair, a floor lamp, a chair, two area rugs, a portable radio, a telephone, a mirror, a built in closet and some other decorative items. The walls have decorative beige color wallpaper, parquet wooden floor and there are two windows (double-glazed) with fabric curtains with a partial courtyard view.

The open kitchen is equipped with an electric inlaid 2-burners stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave grill, a coffee maker, a stainless steel sink, a washing machine and cabinets and shelves containing kitchen utensils. The walls are off white with partial decorative tiles over the counter, white tiled floor and there is a window with blinds with partial courtyard view.

The bathroom has a shower cabin with synthetic doors, a sink with upper shelf, mirror and lower cabinet, an electric towel rack and a toilet with upper cabinet. The walls are off white with partial white tiles and white tiled floor.

The Quartier Latin known for cafes, cinemas, jazz clubs and student bookshops fill this ancient riverside quarter between the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens, famous institutes of learning abound, among them the prestigious La Sorbonne. Close by is the Jardin des Plantes a known botanical gardens, the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle and the popular Rue Mouffetard, the oldest open-air market in Paris. The entire district is abounded with many points of interest. There all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.

The closet metro station is Censier Daubenton- line 7.
