Studio Rue Dauphine

This 25m2 studio apartment is ideally located at a few meters from the Seine viewing a calm courtyard between Rue de Seine and Quai de Conti. Intellectual core of Paris the Quartier Latin abounds of historical points of interest such as the "Sainte Chapelle", in the Law Courts, build under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248, "Cluny's" Thermae (from the 3rd century) Hotel (from the 15th century) and Museum (from the19th century), among others. In addition the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Boulevard Saint Germain are in a very short walking distance and, a block and a half away, is the Sorbonne University. A large variety of nice shops, celebrated restaurants and cafes, and cinemas, as well as basic services such as supermarkets are found all around this neighborhood. This studio apartment is situated on the third floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The exposure is west and it faces a courtyard.
