Situated between Boulevard Saint-Germain and Rue de l'Université, this furnished 32m˛ (approx. 350 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of the Saint-Germain des Prés area of Paris. Celebrated for its elegant, trendy streets and for its many pleasure options, this neighborhood offers stylish fashion shops, a traditional elegant mall, antique shops, art galleries, and sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. In short distance is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also near this accommodation are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, select supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open air market.
Premises:
This 32m˛ (approx. 340 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of an 1840s building. The main entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a courtyard leading to a second courtyard containing a small garden where the apartment is located.
The apartment entrance opens into the living room.
The 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with an armchair, a sofa, some closets, a coffee table, a stereo, a TV and some bookshelves.
There is no kitchen but in the living room there is a small refrigerator, a combo microwave/oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom has a vaulted ceiling of original stones. It has a skylight and is furnished with two single-size beds and a closet.
The bathroom has a shower with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette. Please note that the toilet is electric.
Internet is available via the Wifi of the owners who live in the apartment upstairs.
Heat and hot water are both with gas.
The nearest metro station is Saint Germain des Prés (line 4).
