Large three-bedroom apartment on Boulevard Malesherbes

At a short distance are the green Park Monceau and its nice gates, this avenue is part of a very selected and privileged area in a few distances to the well-known Place de l'Etoile and to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, and the superb Place de la Concorde. All around there are diverse sorts of very nice shops, traditional and celebrated restaurants, cafes, cinemas, open-air markets, and supermarkets. This apartment is situated on the first floor of an hausmanien well-maintained walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security and an intercom. The exposure is east and it faces both the street and a calm courtyard. There is wooden floor almost everywhere and white painted walls. The apartment is divided as follow: when you enter it is an entry hall, which opens onto a 40m2 living and dining room. On the left hand-side of the entry hall is a corridor with a separate toilet, a separate room with a washing machine and separate dryer and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. On the right hand side is the 15m2 master bedroom followed by the 12m2 bedroom and the last 13m2 bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and cupboards in the corridor next to the bedrooms. The living and dining room have three windows viewing the street. It is furnished with a decorative fireplace, a piano, a dining table and its matching chairs, a sofa and its matching armchairs, a coffee table and a cable TV, VCR and stereo. The first bedroom has a window facing the courtyard. It is decorated with a double bed (160 wide), a bedside table with a lamp, a big wooden and glass wardrobe and a desk with a chair. The second bedroom has a window viewing the street. It is fitted with a mezzanine double size bed and a single size mattress under it, a desk and a chair, a bedside table with a stereo, a modern bookcase and a TV. The last bedroom has a window facing the courtyard. It is fitted with a single size bunk bed with another bed underneath, a desk and a chair, a closet and a bookcase. The separate eat-in kitchen is all tiled and has a window facing the courtyard. It is equipped with a round table with two chairs, a microwave, a small electric oven, two electric burners and two gas burners, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer (combo), a coffee maker and a toaster as well as a stainless sink and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower, and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. Toilet is separate. The telephone is restricted to reception of calls. A high speed internet connection is available. Heating & Water Heater is individual and gas. The nearest metro stations are Wagram and Malesherbes (line 3) and Pereire (RER C).
