One bedroom near Place des Vosges

Located between Rue de Turenne and Rue St Gilles, this bright and charming one bedroom apartment is just a few steps away from Place des Vosges. The area is historical, with many hôtels particuliers in the Marais aera. The area gathers many facilities and trendy shops or restaurants. The Picasso museum is also a few minutes away from the apartment.
The 47m² apartment is situated on the ground floor of an 18th century 4 stories building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment is southeast exposed, it faces the street, which is very quiet, and a pedestrian way, which leads to a rose garden.
The apartment has beams, antique stones walls and high ceilings. Walls are white-painted and there is wall-to-wall carpet everywhere except in the open kitchen, the separate toilet and the shower room, which are tiled.
There is sea-grass carpeting.
The entry door opens onto the living room, the bedroom and the shower room are on the left-hand side and the separate toilet in front. The apartment has hard wood floor made of teck wood.
The 34m² living room has three windows with double-glazing facing the street and the pedestrian street. It is furnished with a (140cm wide) sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a dining table, a cabled TV with DVD player, a home cinema system, a stereo and a phone. A high speed internet connection is also available.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitroceramics, a cooker hood, an electric oven combined with a microwave, a dishwasher, a double sink, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 12m² bedroom has a window facing the pedestrian street. It is furnished with a (140cm wide) bed, and three built-in wall closets.
The shower room communicates with the bedroom. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a shower with a plastic curtain.
The separate toilet has a washbasin.
Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
The nearest metro stations are Chemin Vert line 9 or Saint Paul Line 1.
