Charming Studio

This charming 33m2 studio apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris, and the old and historic Marais between Rue des Gravilliers and Rue de Montmorency. It is only at a few meters from some of the Parisian cultural centers such as the Louvre Museum, the Centre National d'Art et de Culture G. Pompidou and the Notre Dame cathedral. In this lively neighborhood there are the Montorgueil and the Temple markets, bars, clubs, restaurants as well as boutiques and specialty stores. Public transportation nearby, the RER, has direct connection to the Orly and Roissy Airports. This apartment is situated on the second floor of a pre-war walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and it is west oriented. There are white painted walls, beams on the ceilings and linoleum almost everywhere. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a long corridor on the left hand-side of which is a bathroom and toilet. The corridor opens onto a 25m2 living and sleeping room with an open and separate eat-in kitchen. The living room has three windows facing the street side and is decorated with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a telephone, a sofa bed (140 wide), a wooden chest of drawers and closet and a coffee table. There are also two wooden chairs, and a wooden piece of furniture with a cable TV, VCR and stereo. The kitchen is tiled and equipped with a microwave and oven (combo), two electric burners, a sink, a small fridge, a washing machine and dryer (combo), a toaster and a coffee maker as well as all the necessary utensils. There is also a table in the kitchen. The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet. Heating and water heater are electric. Telephone is restricted to reception calls. The nearest metro station is Rambuteau (line 11).
