Excellent situation of this street just beside the beautiful Luxembourg Garden, a must to see set up by Marie de Medicis, Queen Regent of France from 1610 to 1617. It is also close to the Sorbonne University, to the Seine River, and many of the main tourist monuments such as Notre Dame Cathedral, the Pantheon, and the Hotel de Cluny. Selected and sophisticated the Saint Germain des Prés area with its elegant latest fashion shops, famous restaurants, cafes, pubs, and the claimed Buci market are in a fair walking distance. All sorts of services are easily found in the neighboring streets.

Entering the flat, a corridor leads on the right hand-side to the living/eating 35m2 area, the first 17m2 bedroom and the second 17m2 bedroom, all overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen and the separate WC are on the left-hand side of the corridor with the bathroom at its end.
-The living/dining room has 3 windows overlooking the courtyard. It is decorated with a white leather sofa with coffee table, a piano (only for decoration) and a stereo. The eating area has a table with 6 chairs, an armchair in a corner and a large decorative fireplace.
Opening onto the living room is a first bedroom with a double bed (140 wide) with a bedside table, a closet, phone line, TV with VCR and a window opening onto the courtyard.
The second bedroom has a double sofa bed (140 wide), an additional single bed can be installed on request, a nice marble decorative fireplace, a closet and a shelter with books.
On the left hand side of the corridor is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with fridge and freezer (combo), 3 gas burners and one electric burner and electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, and a glass dinning table with 3 chairs.
The white tiled bathroom has a tub with a glass window and a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin and a window. Next to the bathroom is a WC.
Heating and hot water are gas.
The closest station is Luxembourg (RER).
