One bedroom apartment in the Bastille area

This charming 33-m2 one-bedroom apartment is ideally situated between rue des Francs Bourgeois and the Seine River. The apartment is located on a lively and historical street of the Marais area. Its particular atmosphere is due to its pre-Revolution architecture. It is enclosed by a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, as well as diverse types of trendy bars and restaurants. Also in this area is the royal Place des Vosges famous and hailed for the harmony of its architecture, where, at number 6 lived the world famous French novelist Victor Hugo. You can see also the Bastille symbol of French Republic. Built during the 14th century as a fortified royal residence, it is the most famous monument in Paris that does not exist. This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 19th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. It is north, west and south exposed. It has wooden floor everywhere except rush carpeting in the bedroom and cork carpeting in the bathroom. The apartment is divided as follows: The entry door opens on the kitchen area then the living room and the bedroom and the bathroom at its end. The 18-m2 living room has a window facing a courtyard, a glass table with 4 chairs, a sofa with a coffee table, a TV, a stereo and, shelves with books. The bedroom with window facing a courtyard has a king size bed (160 wide), bedside table, a mirrored wardrobe, a cable TV with VCR, a stereo, a phone line. The open kitchen is equipped with a cupboard, shelves, a fridge, a microwave, 2 electrical plaques, a kettle and a little stainless-steel sink. The bathroom has a wall mounted shower and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. WC is separate. The nearest metro station is Bastille (line 1, 5,8)
