Cosy one bedroom apartment with terrace

This one bedroom flat is situated between rue de Prony and Boulevard de Courcelles. At a short distance are the green Park Monceau and its nice gates, a few distances to the well-known Place de l'Etoile and to the famous Avenue Des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, and the superb Place de la Concorde. All around there are diverse sorts of very nice shops, traditional and celebrated restaurants, cafes, cinemas, open-air markets, and supermarkets. The flat is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained modern building with an elevator. There is a caretaker and is the entrance is protected with a code/intercom system. The exposure is north/east; the flat has wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen, the bathroom and the WC. The 90m2 apartment is divided as follow: The main door opens onto a large corridor, leading on the left hand side to the living room with a 25m2 terrace with plants, then is the kitchen, the dining room and the double bedroom with a bathroom and separate WC. The 15m2 double bedroom has a sliding bay window and a balcony and is furnished with a queen size bed (160 wide), a bedside table, a cupboard, a chest of drawers, and shelves of books and paintings on the walls. The tiled bathroom has a bath with a wall mounted shower hander, a washbasin with a mirror and a French bidet. WC is separated. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners and a cook hood, 2 ovens, a fridge/freezer combo and another freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster and 2 stainless sinks. The nearest metro station is Courcelles (line 2).
