Quiet studio in Les Halles area
|
This 16 m2 studio is situated between Boulevard Bonne Nouvelle and Rue Reaumur.
It is a few minutes away from Les Halles, near the famous pedestrian Montorgueil Area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Marais, the Seine River, to the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, to the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. It is also next to the famous Opera Garnier and the Galerie Lafayette shop.
The studio is situated on the second floor of 18th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode. The apartment is north and south exposed, facing the street. It has tiled floor everywhere and white painted walls. There are shutters on each of the three windows.
The entry door opens on the main room. On its right hand side is a little corridor where are the open kitchen, the shower area and the separate toilet.
The 14 m2 main room has 2 windows . It is furnished with two single trundle beds, a dining table, and a little TV.
The open kitchen has a small fridge, two electric burners, a microwave, a stainless-steel sink, a cupboard with all the utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The shower room area is situated at the bottom of the little corridor and has a window. It is furnished with shower with a wall-mounted showerhead closed by a glass door, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a separate toilet.
The nearest metro station is Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8 & 9). The bus lines are 20, 38, 39, 47 & 48. TGV to London, Brussels, Amsterdam are 4 subway stations away and buses to the airport are accessible at 3 subway stations from the apartment (Opera station)
There is a supermarket, a movie theater and a post office nearby the apartment.
