Cosy and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the Invalides area

This comfortable and cozy 25m2 one bedroom apartment is located in a very selected and privileged area between Rue Saint-Dominique and Avenue de la Motte Picquet with a view over the Invalides Dome. It is in this residential area, that you will discover the beautiful Esplanade des Invalides precedes the glorious Hotel des Invalides which building was decided by Louis XIV in 1670 with the iintention of housing and taking care of the old disabled soldiers. Very close are the Eiffel tower and Champs de Mars, the Seine River, the impressive Musee d'Orsay, and the National Assembly. The streets in the vicinity are full of smart fashion shops, in vogue restaurants and cafes, art galleries, cinemas, and markets. This apartment is situated on the sixth and last floor with elevator of a 1900's building. There is a security system, as well as a concierge and an intercom in the building. The apartment faces the street and is south oriented. The walls are painted and covered with nice wall-to-wall papers and there is tiled floor everywhere. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a 18m2 living room with a modern open kitchen. On the right hand-side of the living room is a 7m2 bedroom and on the left hand-side of the living room a bathroom and toilet. The living room has a window with curtains facing the street with a view over the Invalides. It is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a dining table and its matching chairs, a cable TV and DVD player, a stereo, an A/C unit and telephone. There are also diverse decorative items all over the place. The bedroom has a window with curtains and is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), a bedside table with a lamp, a small washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a small fridge, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and a toaster as well as a washing machine and dryer (combo). The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Ecole Militaire (line 8).
