This one bedroom apartment is located in the 7th disctrict of Paris between Rue Saint-Dominique and Avenue de la Motte Picquet with a view over the Invalides Dome.

It is in this residential area, that you will discover the beautiful Esplanade des Invalides precedes the glorious Hotel des Invalides which building was decided by Louis XIV in 1670 with the iintention of housing and taking care of the old disabled soldiers. Very close are the Eiffel tower and Champs de Mars, the Seine River, the impressive Musee d'Orsay, and the National Assembly. The streets in the vicinity are full of smart fashion shops, in vogue restaurants and cafes, art galleries, cinemas, and markets.

This accommodation is situated on the sixth and top floor of a building from the 19th century with an elevator. There is a security system, as well as a concierge and an intercom in the building. The apartment faces the street and is south oriented.

The vacation rental is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a living room with a modern open kitchen. On the right hand-side of the living room is a 7m2 bedroom and on the left hand-side of the living room a bathroom and toilet.
