Comfortable one bedroom apartment in the heart of the Ile Saint Louis
|
Located between Quai de Bourbon and Quai d'Orléans this 45m2 one bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Ile saint-Louis area and perfect for a couple.
Selected Ile Saint Louis with number of charming small shops, fine restaurants and cafes, and its peaceful quays inviting for an idyllic walk. Two feet from the apartment is the Ile de la Cite and the majestic Notre Dame Cathedral. Across the bridges, in a short walking distance are many points of interest such as the Quartier Latin and the Marais area, by instance.
This apartment is situated on the second floor of an end of the 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system.
The exposure is north and the apartment faces the street side.
The walls are white painted with beams on the ceilings and wooden floors almost everywhere.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is the 27m2 living room and its open eat-in kitchen. On the right hand-side of the living room is the 15m2 bedroom and a separate bathroom and toilet.
The living room has a window and is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table with a telephone, a folding wooden dining table and its chairs, a TV with a DVD player and a stereo.
The bedroom has a window and is furnished with a bed (140 wide), a bookcase, a desk and a chair and a large closet with a mirror on top.
The kitchen has a window facing the courtyard and is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, four electric burners, a fridge and freezer (combo), a washing machine and dryer (combo), a coffee maker and a sink.
The bathroom is all white tiled and fitted with a tub with a hand-held showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Cité or Saint-Paul (lines 1 and 4).
