Cosy studio close to the Champs Elysees

Comfortable 35m2 studio apartment with a balcony situated between avenue de la Grande Armée and Place St-Ferdinand at only a few minutes from the famous Etoile area. Two great streets dominate this area: the Avenue des Champs Elysees and the Rue Saint Honore. Right by the Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc de Triomphe and the magnificent Avenue des Champs Elysees, known for its parades and fashionable stores and cafes. Along the Rue Saint Honore is the impressive Palais de l'Elysees, sumptuous mansions and embassies. This entire district is abounded with many points of interest. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood This apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator of a 1930 well-maintained building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. It is west east exposed and faces the street and a calm courtyard. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everwywhere. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is an entry hall with closets and wardrobe, opening onto the 25m2 living room. On the right hand-side of the entry hall is a separate kitchen and on the right hand-side of the living room a bathroom with toilet. The living room has a bay window opening onto the balcony with a little view over the Eiffel Tower. It is decorated with a futon sofa bed (160 wide), a coffee table, a desk and a chair, a dining table and its matching chairs, a bookcase and a telephone, cable TV, VCR and stereo. The kitchen is all tiled and has a window. It is equipped with a microwave, a sink, a fridge and freezer (combo), a coffee maker and a washing machine and dryer (combo). The bathroom is all marbled and fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Argentine (line 1).
