Charming one-bedroom apartment in the Montmartre area

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is near Montmartre, a historical and cultural center that has inspired a number of artists and has hosted more than six million visitors. One of the most distinct districts of Paris, it is known for its vines, songs, poets and painters and for the Sacred Heart Basilica on the 130m high esplanade which offers a splendid view of Paris. On the way downhill there are many options such as vegetable and fruit markets, diverse restaurants and cafes, and all sorts of conveniences. A few metro stations away from this accommodation are the Opera, the Champs Elysées, and the Louvre.
Premises:
This 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall; on the left is a courtyard with a staircase.
Behind the entrance door is a corridor with the bedroom and then the living room on the left and, on the right, the bathroom and the kitchen.
The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a window with curtains and shutters that overlooks the street. It is furnished with a sofa, shelves, a decorative fireplace, and a small table with two chairs.
The separate kitchen is equipped with four vitro-ceramic plates, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dining table with two chairs.
The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a window with curtains and shutters overlooking the street. It is furnished with a bed and a cupboard and has a decorative fireplace.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilette and a washing machine.
The separate toilette is accessible through the shower room.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Lamarck-Caulaincourt and Jules Joffrin (line12).
