Bright studio in the Les Halles area

Situated in the heart of the Pedestrain Montorgueil area, between Rue Montorgueil and Rue Etienne Marcel. One of the most colorful 'quartiers' of Paris enclosing the renowned Montorgueil area offering large number of quality food stores, open vegetable and fish stands, and small specialty shops, as well as a wide range of all budgets' restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the Halles, Paris biggest shopping mall on four levels. Many of the Parisian points of interest such as the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine River with its famous islands - Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis, the Louvre Museum, and the City Hall are in a short walking distance. The pleasant silent courtyard, sixth floor of a well maintained 19th century building having an elevator, a security system, an intercom and a concierge, is where this 30m² studio apartment is located. The apartment has white-painted wall, see-grass carpet in the living room, the kitchen and the shower room are tiled. The entry door opens on a hallway, on the right-hand side is the shower room, the living room with its open kitchen and a dressing room are in the end. The 23m² living room has two double-glazed windows with manual shutters and two small balconies. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed, a (90x170cm) sofa bed, a sofa, a dining table, sets of shelves, a stereo, a TV flat screen with cable (BBC, CNN...), a phone, and access to wired broadband Internet. The open kitchen has a small fridge, a stainless-steel sink, a microwave/grill, two electric burners, a meat griller, a cooker hood, a coffee maker and a toaster. The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower with a glass opaque door and a toilet. Heating is individual and electric. The closest subway stations are Etienne Marcel (lines 3, 11), (Les Halles RER A, B, lines 1, 4, 7, 11), Sentier (line 3).
