|
This 55m2 comfortable onebedroom apartment is ideally situated between Place St-Germain des Près and the Seine River in the heart of the famous and chic St-Germain des Prés area.
Located between Rue Bonaparte and Rue de Seine this apartment is situated in one of the most charming and exclusive Parisian neighborhood. Rue Jacob is one of the oldest street in Paris, it was the theatre of many historical events. It is just a few steps away from Odeon, and St Germain des Prés. All the facilities can be found down the street with the Buci daily open-market, all the shops, fine groceries, restaurants and cafes.
This apartment is located on the groundfloor of a well-maintained 18th century historic building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge in the building as well. The exposure is south and the apartment faces the street but it is safe as the windows are protected by "gates" and exterior shutters. The walls are painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is an 8m2 dining room on the left hand-side of which is the 15m2 bedroom opening onto the 25m2 living room. The dining room opens onto a small corridor on the right hand-side of which is a separate and open kitchen and a bathroom and separate toilet.
The living room has a window facing the street and is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table, a decorative fireplace surmounted by a mirror, bookcases, a wooden closet, two armchairs, a cable TV, stereo and a telephone. The dining room is furnished with a round dining table and its matching chairs. The bedroom has a window facing the street and is fitted with a bed (160 wide), a closet, bedside tables with lamps, two armchairs, a desk and a chair with a mirror.
The open kitchen is all tiled and has no window. It is equipped with an electric oven, four electric burners, a small dishwasher, a small fridge, a sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a washing machine and dryer (combo).
The bathroom is tiled and fitted with an Italian shower cabine protected by a door, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a separate toilet.
The nearest metro station is St-Germain des Prés (line 4).
