This 55m2 comfortable onebedroom apartment is ideally situated between Place St-Germain des Près and the Seine River in the heart of the famous and chic St-Germain des Prés area.
Located between Rue Bonaparte and Rue de Seine this apartment is situated in one of the most charming and exclusive Parisian neighborhood. Rue Jacob is one of the oldest street in Paris, it was the theatre of many historical events. It is just a few steps away from Odeon, and St Germain des Prés. The open kitchen is all tiled and has no window. It is equipped with an electric oven, four electric burners, a small dishwasher, a small fridge, a sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a washing machine and dryer (combo).
The bathroom is tiled and fitted with an Italian shower cabine protected by a door, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a separate toilet.
The nearest metro station is St-Germain des Prés (line 4).
