Charming two bedroom apartment in the Republique area

Located between Rue Amelot and Bd Voltaire, this charming 57m² two-bedroom apartment in duplex is just a few steps away from the Marais and its Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges or Place de la Bastille. In a lively but quiet area, it is in a short walking distance from the Bastille or the Oberkampf area and its trendy café, restaurants and bars. The apartment is situated on the first floor of an 19th century walk-up building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by two security systems. The apartment faces the courtyard Southern exposure and the street, northern exposure. The apartment is tiled everywhere. Every window facing the street has double-glazing. The entry door opens on a small hallway, on the left-hand side are the living room and the open kitchen, from the living room is the access to the office/bedroom. From the kitchen is the access to the shower room and the staircase to the second bedroom located on the ground floor. The 22m² living room has two windows (facing the street) and beams. It is furnished with a sofa, a single bed, a TV, a DSL connection and a phone. The open eat-in kitchen has two windows (facing the courtyard). It is equipped with a fridge combined with a freezer, a microwave combined with a grill, four gas burners, a dishwasher, a washing machine combined with a dryer, a toaster and a coffee maker. The 10m² bedroom has a window (eastern exposure) and an antique stone wall. It is furnished with a (140cm-wide) bed, a TV, a phone and a closet. The 6m² bedroom has a window facing the street. It is furnished with a double sofa bed and a desk. it has an opening onto the hallway. The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower and a toilet. Heating and water heater are individual with gas. The nearest metro station is Filles du Calvaire (line 8).
