Basic one bedroom apartment

Located between Rue Vouillé and Rue des Morillons, this 30m² one-bedroom apartment is not very far from the interesting Park Georges Brassens and its antique book' market this traditional residential and commercial' district of Paris is close to the wide Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Here every two weeks there is a new fair by instance the Foire de Paris, an agriculture exhibition, the biggest and most famous in France. It is also not far from the Paris Heliport, and to the Aquaboulevard, a very large spa. The main monuments and points of interest are in a short distance by metro. This apartment is also situated near the Montparnasse area, where there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cinemas and a huge shopping center, just under the highest skyscraper of Tour du Maine or also called Tour Montparnasse. Within a 10-minute walk, you can go to theater such as Theatre de la Gaite Montparnasse, Théâtre Bobino, or Théâtre Montparnasse, which are very famous. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces two courtyards (eastern and western exposures). Walls are painted, the living room and the bedroom have wood floor, the kitchen and the shower room are tiled. Windows are double-glazed. The entry door opens on a hallway, on the left-hand side are the living room and the bedroom, the shower room is on the right-hand side and the kitchen in the end. The 11m² living room has a window and a decorative fireplace. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a coffee table, a french style desk, a bookcase, a stereo and a phone. The 12m² bedroom has a window. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed, a desk, a built-in wall closet and a TV. The separate and open kitchen has a window, it is equipped with a stainless-steel sink, a fridge combined with a freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, four ceramic hotplates and a coffee maker. The shower room has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower cabin and a toilet. Heating and water heater are individual. The nearest metro station is Plaisance (line 13).
