One bedroom apartment in les Ternes Area

This 35 m2 one bedroom apartment is located in the 17th area, close to Les Champs Elysées and L'Arc de Triomphe. In a very commercial shopping centre with food stores, cafés, open markets, and a few steps away from L'Etoile with the walking down the Champs Elysées , with its lot of cinemas and restaurants, leading to la Place de la Concorde. Very calm, this recently remodelled apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a walk-up well kept pre-war building. The beautiful wooden main entrance door, is protected by a security system and an intercom. the apartment faces the flowered courtyard, and has a Northern/Western exposure. The walls are white-painted; there is wooden floor everywhere except in the bathroom and the kitchen which are tiled. The entry door opens on a long corridor, at the left hand side is the bathroom and a built-up wall wardrobe, followed by the bedroom (the room has a light sloping ceiling), then at the top ,is the living room with its open eat-in kitchen. The 20m2 living room has a double glazing window with Venetian blinds, curtains; it is equipped with 1 sofa and one 140 wide sofa bed, a coffee table, an antic chest of drawers, a standing lamp, cupboards, a stereo and the cable TV with VCR. The communicating kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, a window with Venetian blinds and curtains; it is furnished with a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, 2 electric burners, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster. You access the 8 m2 bedroom by a step; it has a skylight, a set of shelf, and is furnished with a 135 wide bed with drawers underneath. There are two reading lamps on each side of the bed stuck up to the walls. The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a wall mounted-shower head and the toilet. The washing/dryer machine is in the cupboard in the corridor. A wifi Internet connection is available. The nearest metro stations are Ternes (line2) and Champs Elysées (lines 1, 2, as well as RER A).
