Studio apartment close to the Eiffel Tower
Neighborhood:

This furnished apartment is located on Rue Béatrix Dussane between Rue de Lourmel and Rue Viala. In the whole neighborhood (Rue Lourmel etr Commerce) there are many fashion shops, varied restaurants and cafes, as well s theaters. There is also twice a week an open market between Duplex and La Motte Piquet subway stations.
Not far from the apartment are the Seine River and the majestic Eiffel Tower built on the Champs de Mars just in front of the Trocadero gardens.
You will be able to see the Grenelle Bridge with the replica of the Statue of Liberty and go for a long walk in the park André Citroën.

Premises:

This studio apartment is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of a 1950 walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor followed by the courtyard. The entrance is at the end of the courtyard, to your left.

The entrance door opens into the main room.

The studio has tiled floor and a double glazed window with blinds and a view on the courtyard. It is furnished with a wooden corner bench. A double size mattress, which is stored flat against the wall, will be lowered onto the bench in order to make it a bed. There is also a dining table with a chair and two folding chairs, a console with a cable TV and a built-in closet.

The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Heat and hot water are electric and individual.

Internet access is available.
