Spacious one bedroom apartment close to the Rolland Garros tennis courts
Located between Avenue Mozart and Rue La Fontaine, this 77m² one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of the exclusive part of the 16th district.
The area offers the amenities of central Paris such as excellent food shops, numerous fashionable stores, many restaurants, cafes, an open-market and cinemas the selected mostly residential area called 'Auteuil', it borders the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne. In ten to fifteen minutes distance by metro are the Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile, the Champs Elysees or St Germain des Prés. There is also at 15 minute walking distance the Roland Garros' tennis courts

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a 1930's well maintained building with guardian. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces the street (southwest exposure) and the gardens (northeast exposure).

The entry door opens on a hallway leading to the living room in on the right-hand side and a corridor in the end to access the kitchen, the separate toilet, the bathroom and the bedroom. Walls are painted and windows have manual shutters.

The 35m² living room has two windows facing the street. It has wall-to-wall carpet. It is decorated with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, armchairs, a dining table, bookcases, a sideboard, a stereo, a TV and a phone.

The 18m² bedroom has a window facing the street. It is furnished with a 160cm-wide bed, a chest of drawers, a french style desk and a built-in wall closets.

The separate and tiled kitchen has a window. It is equipped with three gas burners and an electric hotplate, an electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, a fridge combined with a freezer, a dishwasher, two stainless-steel sinks, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The tiled bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washing machine.

Heating is collective with the building, water heater is individual with gas.

Smokers and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

High speed internet access (non wireless) is available.

The nearest metro stations are Jasmin (line 9) and Michel-Ange-Auteuil (line 10).
