Tiny studio close to the Bois de Boulogne
Located between Avenue Mozart and Boulevard Beauséjour, this 10m² (approx. 105 sq ft) studette is in a very exclusive area. Offering the amenities of central Paris such as excellent food shops, numerous fashionable stores, many restaurants, cafes, an open-market and cinemas this selected mostly residential area called 'Auteuil', borders the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne, an ideal place for an agreeable stroll amongst the trees and along the lakes. In ten to fifteen minutes distance by metro are the Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile and Champs Elysees. The Roland Garros staadium is very close to welcome the tennis-addict.

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a well-maintained elevator building with concierge.
The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the courtyard, it has a westhern exposure. Walls are white painted, there is wood floor and a skylight in the room. A fan is available upon request.

The room is equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) , a closet, a set of shelves, a tool bar, reading lamps, a set of TV on the wall.
The open kitchen corner has a mini fridge, 2 vitroceramic burners, a microwave, a stainless steel sink, a toaster, a boiler , a coffee maker.

The bathroom has a shower with a wall mounted showerhead and an electric toilet.

The nearest metro station is Ranelagh (line 9).
