Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located on Rue Martel between Rue de Paradis and Rue des Petites Ecuries. It is right at an angle with the Grands Boulevards, which are lined with 19th century buildings. This neighborhood used to be the center of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. It offers reputated restaurants, cafes, fashionable shops and department stores on Boulevard Haussman, as well as markets and cinemas. This accommodation is located not far from the well-known cabaret Les Folies Bergères. The apartment is also in about 15 minutes walking distance to the Opéra Garnier, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. Premises: This 32m² (approx. 345 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the ninth and top floor of a 1932 building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a porche with a concierge office, followed by a courtyard. The entrance is at the end of the courtyard. The apartment opens into a small corridor with the bathroom on your right. The main room with its open kitchen is straight ahead. The studio has wall-to-wall carpet floor and two double glazed windows overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed with a bedside table in the bedroom area. There is also a skylight above with a view on the courtyard. The living area has a dining table with three chairs, an armchair, a counter with two stools and some shelves with books. It is also equipped with a TV, a VCR and a DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is a built in closet with a washing machine in the staircase below the apartment's floor. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet. Heat is collective. Hot water is individual. Both are electric. Internet access is available.
