One bedroom apartment in the Montmartre area

Located between Bd Ney and Rue Queneau, the apartment is situated in a working class neighborhood close to the Montmartre's knoll on one side, and to the attractive Parc des Buttes Chaumont on the other, this busy street is part of a multicultural neighborhood offering all sorts of commerce. In a short distance is the singular wide Clignancourt's flea market open from Saturday to Monday. Some of the main points of interest are in eight to twelve metro stations. This 56m² one bedroom apartment is located on the ninth floor of a 20th century elevator building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and has an intercom. The apartment faces the skyline and has a western and a northern exposure. It has painted walls and wood floor except for the kitchen, the toilet and the shower room, which are tiled. Windows are double-glazed. The 16m² living room has two windows with a dramatic view over the Montmartre knoll. It is furnished with two (140cm-wide) sofa beds, a TV combined with a VCR, a DVD player, a stereo and a dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160cm wide). The separate eat-in kitchen has a fridge combined with a freezer, a microwave, four electric burners, an electric oven, a cooker hood, a coffee maker and a toaster. The shower room has two washbasins surmounted by a mirror and a shower with massage jets. Heating with the building and water heater is individual and electric. The nearest metro station is Porte de la Chapelle (line 12), which steps away from the apartment's building. There is also a bus and a taxi station.
