Bright studio apartment
|
Situated between Place Monge and the Mouffetard area, this 35m2 bright studio apartment has a nice view with a balcony and is located in the heart of the Saint-Michel area.
A lively and commercial street neighboring the one of the biggest Paris University, Censier, and also very close to the Arenes de Lutece, the Roman arena of the ancient city where circus games took place in the past, and also of a theater that has nowadays the functions of an amphitheater. At a five minute walking distance from the Museum of Natural History with its numerous gardens and animals, the Pantheon containing the remains of many great French men and a Mosque. The area abounds with restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and all sorts of services.
This apartment is situated on the 8th floor with elevator of a 1950 modern building having a concierge, an intercom and security system.
The apartment is north west exposed but quite sunny and views the roofs. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere as well as shutters on the windows.
It is divided as follows: when you enter it is a entry hall on the first left hand-side of which is a bathroom, on the right hand-side a separate toilet and facing it a separate eat-in kitchen. The entry hall opens on the left onto a 25m2 living room.
The living room has a bay window opening onto the small balcony with a view on both Left and Right Banks.
and is decorated with a sofa bed (160 wide), a dining table and its chairs, a bookcase, a LCD TV, stereo and telephone and well as diverse decorative items and a closet.
The separate eat-in kitchen has a window and a table with two chairs. It is equipped with a microwave, two vitro ceramic burners, a sink, a fridge and freezer (combo), a small dishwasher and a coffee maker and toaster.
The bathroom is tiled and fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a washing machine.
Toilet is separate.
The nearest metro station is Censier Daubenton (line 7).
