This 110 square meter attractive apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a building, built at the beginning of the 20th century.
Having a concierge and an elevator and facing east.
The walls are painted in a warm white color contrasting with nice wooden floors.
At the entrance there is a corridor, to the right is a comfortable 50m2 living room. This room features a sofa and a stereo. There is a TV, VCR, stereo system, including cable.Adjacent, you find the dinning room, having a table with matching chairs.
Through the double doors, you find the 10m2 bedroom with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, a piano and a phone.
The 12m² second bedroom has a window, a childbed, a single mattress and a built-in wall closet.
The windowed, eat-in and tiled kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, four ceramic hotplates, a freezer, a kettle and a toaster.
A long hall leads to the 2 bathrooms.
The first one has a window, a tub, a washbasin and a washing machine. The second one has a shower cabin and a washbasin.
Toilet is separate.
