Small studio in the heart of Paris
|
Small nice and very bright studio.
This is a very well located 13 m2 studio on the 3rd floor building
with an elevator .The entrance has a security system at the door in order to enter the building .
The apartment can accommodate one person .
The studio has been redone in 2003. As you walk in the entrance of the studio you can see that the hallway has been turned into an open kitchen with a double sink, a microwave ,a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also an exhaust fan and a washer and dryer.
It is furnished with one single bed (80cm wide),a table, a closet with glass-doors, one chair that can be unfolded as a bed, A flat screen cable TV with DVD player and a phone/fax.
There is an Internet access.
The bathroom has modern appliances with a retro style to it .it is cosy and efficient .
Sheets and towels are provided.
This area is known for its cinemas , cafes , student bookstores. There are gyms and swimming pools in the neighbourood.
The closest metro is Cardinal le moigne, Jussieu , Luxembourg and Monge
