Studio apartment in the Rue Mouffetard

Situated between Rue Censier and Rue Claude Bernard, this confortable studio is in the heart of the 5th area of Paris. It is close to la Contrescarpe, where you can find, famous restaurants and cafes and a daily open market. It also has view on the the church St Medard and its square. A few metro station away is Le Jardin des Plantes, and la Place d'Italie where there is a large commercial centre with cinemas.
This 17m2 studio apartment is situated on the 3rd floor a 17h century walk-up building, the main entrance door is protected by a security system. The exposure is East, the window (no doubled glazed) faces the street. There are beams on the ceiling and red tiles everywhere.
The studio is decorated with a murphy bed (140 cm wide) , a table with matching chairs, a writing desk, with an armchair, a cable TV, a stereo and a closet.
The US open kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel sink, a microwave, a fridge, two electric burners and a coffee maker.
The tiny shower cabin has a shower with wall mounted shower head,a washbasin and a mirror and the toilet.
Wirelesse internet access is available.
The nearest metro stations are Censier-Daubenton and Gobelins (line 7).
Heating and water heater are individual electric.
