This furnished one bedroom apartment is located in the République are in Paris. It is on the fourth floor of a 19th century building without elevator. Access to the building is granted through a coded system. The apartment has a spacious living room with parquet floor, floor-tiles and wooden beams, which contribute to the particular atmosphere. Amenities of the separate kitchen include gas hotplates, an oven, a fridge-freezer combo and a dishwasher. The living room features a dining area with table and three chairs.
