Situated between rue des Ecouffes and rue Vieille du Temple In the heart of the Paris, one of its most desirable and trendiest areas, the Marais, was originally a swampland until the 12th century. From that time, little by little number of constructions was settled, such as the genuine stones and colored bricks' private mansions, being since then so peculiar to this district. All the restorations it was subject to show up today the jewels of its architecture mostly from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, a must to see for those who are fond of character buildings. It encloses famous museums such as Picasso and Carnavalet, as well as charming little streets, stylish shops, selected and traditional restaurants and cafés. Charming nest located on the 1st floor of a 17th century walk up building having double security codes It can accommodate two people. With white painted walls and an off white tiled floor this very calm 13m2 little studio has a window screened by Venetian blinds, facing the neighboring building's wall, and 2,50 high ceiling. Encloses quality furniture, in the 11m2 living room there are trundle beds, a small round dining table and two matching chairs, a cable TV set down on a console, a large mirror, and hangers on the crochet hooks. Phone calls & Internet access are available. At the bottom of the living room the handy open the kitchen has a white worktop on which are installed two vitro ceramic burners, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, and a round stainless steel sink. It is also equipped with a mini fridge settled in one of the many cupboards where are stowed the utensils. The small bathroom is fitted out with a white tiled shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, and toilet. The closest metro station is Saint Paul (Line 1).
