Two bedroom - one bathroom apartment

Delightful and selected Isle Saint Louis on the Seine River. Calm street situated between Rue des Deux Ponts and Pont de Sully. In the heart of the historic Paris the selected and delightful Isle Saint Louis has its particular charm in the harmony of the close-packed houses, the little cafes where a petit café can be enjoyed at leisure, the quiet quays and the aura of the past, which pervades the island. Along the island's main street, Rue Saint-Louis-en-l'Isle, there are numerous little shops, cosy crêperies, and smart restaurants, often in vaulted cellars, which form an attractive setting for an elegant meal. The nice view of the Hotel De Ville, of the Quartier Latin and the Pantheon, and also of the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, inspire an agreeable stroll along the quays, or a picnic on the banks of the Seine River. Tastefully renovated mostly according to the original adornment, this 70m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained 17th century walk-up building equipped with a security system. It accommodates two couples. (A 1-bedroom apartment for two couples is also available at this same level). Facing the street and courtyard, it is south and north exposed, featuring pale yellow painted walls, genuine ceiling beams and old-fashioned tiled floor, as well as a parquet floor. All windows are adorned with precious old-fashioned curtains. All the rooms are accessible through the hall, and most of the doors are decorated with stained glass windows. To the right side is the living room with an open kitchen, the bedrooms are placed to the left side, and next to the main door the bathroom faces the separated toilet. Spacious and having two large windows facing the street, the 38m2 living room is fitted out with a snug sofa facing a rectangular coffee table and a decorative fireplace, which are set down on an area carpet, a rectangular dining wooden dining table and four matching chairs, a recessed built in closet in which a cable TV with international channels is kept out of sight, a recessed small niche with bookshelves, and the kitchen space veiled behind a counter. Full of charm both bedrooms size 16m2, enclosing each a 1.40cm wide double bed, decorative wall lamps, and windows opening to the calm courtyard. In one of them there are ceiling beams on the slopping ceiling, an antique armchair, a recessed built in storeroom, and a floor lamp. In the second one there is a recessed built in closet, a beautiful antique pier glass, and a console. At the bottom of the living room, to the left side, the kitchen space is equipped with 4 vitro-ceramic burners, an multifunction oven, a small fridge, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a round sink on the L-shaped worktop, a cupboard and shelf. Kitchen utensils are provided. Embellished with old style cream-colored tiles with dark blue patterns, the bathroom encloses a bathtub and a large mirror above the nice washbasin. There are pleasing old style faucets. Restroom is separated. The closest metro stations are Pont Marie and Sully Morland (line 7)
