Studio in the Pere Lachaise-Nation area
Situated between rue Boulevard Voltaire and Avenue Ledru Rollin.

Number of passageways give much charm to this traditional Parisian district situated a few steps away from the historic Place de la Republique, Place de la Bastille, where is the new Opera considered as one of the best in the world, and the unique harmonious Place des Vosges. This neighborhood provides number of trendy cafes, art galleries, international restaurants, nightclubs, and other live places playing diverse music rhythms. There also are very interesting and typical open air' markets offering quality farm produces, among others the famous French cheeses, wines, games, and pastries, as well as other conveniences.

South exposed and overlooking the street, this bright 28m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an entirely renovated 17th century former convent walk up building equipped with a security system and having a full time caretaker. It has genuine beams, white painted walls, 2.50m high ceilings, and wall-to-wall lino floor.

There are two windows overlooking the street (blinds should be soon installed) in the 24m2 living room, furnished with a 1.40cm wide double sofa bed, a round wooden dining table with four matching chairs, a chest of drawers, recessed wall mounted shelves and clothes' rack (fabric curtain is to be fit up), and other shelves with kitchen utensils. There should soon be a TV and a telephone.

Open to the living room the kitchen space is fitted out with two electric burners, a microwave oven set down on a rectangular table, a small fridge, and shelves above and a cupboard below the stainless steel sink. An electric coffee maker is still to come.

In the bathroom there is a white ceramic washbasin, a half orange tiled shower cabin (screen is to be set up), a combo washing-drying machine, grinding toilet and mains drainage

The closest metro station is Charonne (line 9).
