Studio in the Latin Quarter
|
Situated in the Quartier Latin, between rue des Anglais and rue Saint Jacques.
A few steps from the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral, this little street is placed in one of the most youthful areas of Paris, the Quartier Latin, provided with numerous monuments and other points of interest, as well as a large choice of traditional and international restaurants, diverse pleasing cafes, and all kinds of conveniences.
Bright and smartly decorated this 30m2 studio is located on the 4th floor of a 17th century walk up building equipped with a security system and an intercom. Southwest exposed, it faces the silent courtyard, has 2,60m high ceilings, blue nuances mopped walls, and a nice parquet floor. It accommodates two couples.
Furnished with a 140cm wide double sofa, a cable TV, a stereo, and a built in double bed, the agreeable 26m2 living room also has a spacious built in closet, a decorative fireplace, ceiling built in spotlights, a telephone (an international pre-paid card is provided), and a window screened by Venetian blinds opening to the calm courtyard.
A top glassed dining table and three design metallic chairs split the open kitchen (an extra spare chair is available). It is fitted out with two gas' and two vitro ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a small fridge with freezer compartment, a hood with fan, a stainless steel sink, a washing machine, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, in addition to the cupboards and drawers containing the necessary utensils.
Bottle green tiled the bathroom is placed to the left side of the kitchen. There is a spacious tiled shower cabin screened by glass doors, a white ceramic washbasin with mirror above, and toilet.
There also are two bicycles at clients' disposal.
The closest metro stations are Saint Michel (line 4) and Cluny la Sorbonne (line10 and RER B).
