One bedroom duplex

Sweet private alley situated between Avenue Parmentier and rue d'Aix.
Cosmopolite and dynamic street providing diverse sorts of shops, restaurants and cafes, neighboring the Republic Place which offers a large option of entertainment and conveniences. In a few minutes walk is the delightful Saint Martin channel bordered by trees, dotted with locks and little bridges all along, remaining one of the most idyllic local landscapes, becoming one of Parisians' favorite areas to live. Promises of enjoyment are also the cycle tracks From Bastille to the Villette district, and Sainte Marthe place, precious spot of this neighbourhood, a delightful moment to be captured with its appetizing restaurants. For instance, in about ten minutes distance by metro is the Louvre Museum and the Seine River.
Embellished with evergreens this exclusive paved alley comprises 14 houses of which this superb 80m2 one-bedroom duplex home, provided with a security system and an intercom and well kept by a full time caretaker. This house has all east exposed windows looking out onto the alley, and 2.68m high ceilings.
In the ample and bright 40m2 living room placed straight after the main door the wall to wall four windows and the red tinted concrete floor sets off the tasteful light gray painted walls. Contemporary choice furniture rounds off the charm of the space comprising a large sofa and a single sleigh bed with number of cushions acting as sofa, a fine rectangular wooden dining table with matching seat upholstered four chairs and two armchairs, a stylish wall mirror, a wall painting, wall lamps and area rugs. The open kitchen is set in the bottom of the living room, and opposite is the separate toilet.
All light gray and featuring a long nice hardwood worktop the kitchen space is equipped with quality appliances such as four gas burners, a traditional electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, fit fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Besides, there is an electric coffee maker, and a rectangular white ceramic sink. All necessary cooking utensils are provided, as well as tableware.
Facing the main door a flight of open stairs climb to the 32m2 bedroom where there are two windows garnished with white short curtains, the walls are off-white painted ornate with a large Bordeaux stripe, and the concrete floor is off white painted. Fitted out with a 160cm wide double futon on a low to the ground base with night tables and one lamp, a 200cmx200cm wide double futon to be laid straight on the floor, a chest of drawers, an antique desk, a leather armchair, a mobile bookshelf, and three chairs, there also are a TV, VCR and DVD players, as well as a stereo settled on a stand, singular artistic lamps, and a telephone. A computer is here available with high-speed connection.
Floor to ceiling almond green' and off-white' tiled the bathroom is set at the back part of the bedroom, enclosing a roomy all tiled shower cabin protected by a tiled half partition, and a square white ceramic washbasin.
Adjoining the bathroom there is a walk-in small dressing room.
The closest metro station is Goncourt (line 11).
