Three bedroom apartment

Situated between Quai de Valmy and rue Yves Toudic. In the vicinity of the agreeable Canal Saint Martin surrounded by trees and dotted with many little bridges, becoming one of Parisians' favorite areas. Actually many of its streets are calm and the neighborhood offers number of small squares and all the necessary services. In a very short distance by metro are the Seine River and the Louvre Museum, and a few more minutes are necessary to get to the other most important points of interest. It is also close to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord Railway stations from where respectively start the trains to Eastern Europe, and the high speed trains to London and Belgium. Nearby, Place de la République offers a large option of restaurants, cafés, and diverse sorts of convenience shops are easily found in the neighborhood. Southeast and northwest exposed, this 98m2 pleasant apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century building provided with an intercom, an elevator, and a full time caretaker. It has a nice herringbone patterned parquet floor in most of the rooms, and 2,60m high ceilings. In the hall corridor placed straight after the main door there are bookshelves. Three large windows screened by short net curtains enlighten the bright yellow painted 33m2 living room, fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed (close to the floor when open), three armchairs, a round coffee table, a round wooden dining table with eight assorted chairs, a superb antique wall mirror above a chest, a cable TV with international channels, a VCR and DVD players, a stereo, fine lamps, paintings, and a telephone. Cable Internet access is available. At the bottom of the living room, to the left side the open kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, a traditional electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, a dishwasher, a combo fridge-freezer, and a toaster. Besides, there is a stainless steel sink, a wooden counter, and many cupboards and drawers containing the necessary utensils. A wall to wall pink carpet covers the floor of the 16m2 master bedroom, furnished with a 140cm wide double bed low placed, bedside lamps standing on the floor, wall-to-wall bookshelves, an antique wooden table acting as desk, a cosy armchair, a telephone, and two windows garnished with short net curtains opening to the courtyard. Both guest's bedrooms size 12m2 including a 0,90 cm wide single bed and a bedside table and lamp. In addition, the first one is furnished with a recessed closet, a piano, bookshelves, a desk, wall photos, and a window screened by light curtains also overlooking the courtyard. A double-glazing window ornate with double curtains overlooking the small street is in the second one, which has a chest of drawers, a desk, bookshelves, and a decorative fireplace. Decorated with almond green fittings and off white tiled the bathroom encloses a bathtub, an oval ceramic washbasin, a wall mirror, and a few cabinets. There are a washing machine and a drying machine in the apartment, and toilet is separated. The closest metro stations are Jacques Bonsergent (line 5) and République (lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11).
