Three bedroom apartment close to the Grands Boulevards

Situated between Boulevard de Sebastopol and rue Saint Martin. A live district enclosing the most famous and traditional Parisian Department Stores, the Grands Boulevards are composed of boulevards named - de la Madeleine, des Italiens, Saint Martin, des Capucines, Montmartre, Poissonnière, Saint Denis, Bonne-Nouvelle, des Filles du Calvaire, Beaumarchais and du Temple, and the intersections of numerous shorter streets. In addition to the remarkable passageways - Verdeau, des Panoramas, or Jouffroy as well as Vivienne gallery -, they have each much to see in their own style. In a short distance by metro or bus are other places of interest such as the Opera, Champs Elisées, and Saint Germain des Près. Full of charm, south and north exposed, this 110m2 duplex apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 17th century walk up building provided with a double security system. Facing the street and the courtyard three windows garnished with white curtains enlighten the 32m2 living room. Two windows screened by curtains open to the street. On the same side the kitchen is equipped with a combo four vitro ceramic burners, traditional electric oven, and compact dishwasher, a hood with exhaust fan, a combo fridge-freezer, an electric kettle, a combo washing-drying machine, a stainless steel sink, cupboards and drawers above and below the worktop containing the china and all other necessary utensils. Also at this first level the 1st bathroom has a shower cabin, a washbasin, a window, and toilet. A flight of semi-circular wooden stairs leads to the first floor. Here are the two bedrooms featuring genuine ceiling beams and a half-timbered wall. The 13,5m2 master bedroom has a 160cm wide futon double bed placed close to the floor, a bed foot night table and lamp, a Chinese cabinet, a desk, a closet, a rocking chair, a telephone, and a window ornate with curtains overlooking the silent courtyard. Through this bedroom is the access to the second bathroom, which includes a bathtub with wall-mounted showerhead, a design white ceramic washbasin, and a window screened by curtains overlooking the courtyard. The 19m2 bedroom has two windows garnished with curtains opening to the street two 0,90cm wide childbeds - one for a child up to 12yo, the other one up to 5yo, as well a crib-, a sofa, a desk, and an area carpet. The closest metro stations are Reaumur Sebastopol (lines 3, 4) and Strasbourg Saint Denis (lines 4, 8, 9))
