Studio apartment close to the Grands Boulevards

Situated between rue de la Chaussée d'Antin and rue de Mogador.
A live district, the Grands Boulevards, enclosing the most famous and traditional Parisian Department Stores, are composed of boulevards named - de la Madeleine, des Italiens, Saint Martin, des Capucines, Montmartre, Poissonnière, Saint Denis, Bonne-Nouvelle, des Filles du Calvaire, Beaumarchais and du Temple, and the intersections of numerous shorter streets. In addition to the remarkable passageways - Verdeau, des Panoramas, or Jouffroy as well as Vivienne gallery -, they have each much to see in their own style. In a short distance by metro or bus are other places of interest such as the Opera, Champs Elisées, and Saint Germain des Près.
Charming 22m² studio located on the 4th floor of a 19th century walk up building equipped with an intercom, having south exposed windows overlooking the street, white walls, a nice parquet floor, and 2.60 high ceilings.
The bright 14m2 living room is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a 0,90cm wide single bed, a chest of drawers, an extensible dining table with one chair and one stool, a short closet, a cable TV with international channels, a stereo, a telephone (ADSL Internet connection is available), wall pictures and lamps, an area carpet, and a window garnished with curtains.
All white the handy kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, utensils stowed in the cupboards above the stainless steel sink fit on a wooden top, and a window.
Facing the main door the bathroom encloses a bathtub protected by a synthetic curtain, a large mirror above and a cabinet below the white ceramic washbasin, cabinets, and toilet. Just beside it there is a small recessed corner box room.
The closest metro stations are Chaussée d'Antin (lines 7, 9), Havre Caumartin (lines 3, 9), Trinité (line 12), and Auber (RER A).
