Three bedroom apartment in Saint Sulpice
|
Located on the famous rue de Rennes, between rue d'Assas et rue de
Mezières, this 150m2 three-bedrooms apartment is at the center of the
residential 6th arrondissement, in the heart of St Germain des Prés.
One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's
Left Bank, here also are number of selected restaurants and historic
cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of
famous French existentialists and expatriated American literate back
in the day. Just beside the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market), a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere and open-air market.
The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a 19th century
hausmanien elevator building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. The apartment faces the street and the courtyard.
The entrance opens on a spacious office, with a sofa, a large desk,
bookshelves and a window decorated with plants. It has a wooden floor.
This office opens on the corridor that leads to the rooms, on the kitchen and on the living-room.The office and the living room are decorated with antique furniture and nice antique decoration items.
The 46 m2 living room is divided by a french window with on one side a dinning area with a window, a wooden dining table and chairs, a piano and a little sofa.
The living-room area has a coffee table, four armchairs, a sofa, a
decorative fireplace, with a large mirror above it. It has a balcony.It has a wooden floor.
The large blue painted corridor leads to the rooms.
The rooms are decorated in a modern style.
The 13,5 m2 master bedroom includes a bathroom, with a tub. The
bedroom has a window, a closet and a queen size bed. It also has a tv, vcr and dvd set.
The 15 m2 bedroom has a window. It is furnished with a mezzanine
single bed, a double size sofa bed under it, a closet and a stereo
system. It is a boy's room.
The 11 m2 bedroom has a window. It has a single bed, a desk, a closet and decorative items. It is a girl's room.
There is a second bathroom with a tub for those two last rooms. There
are separated toilets.
The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a
dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, 4 electric burners, a
coffee maker and a toaster. It has little table with stools, ideal to
have breakfast.
Heating is individual with gas and water heater is individual with
electricity.
There is a washer and a dryer in the apartment.
The nearest metro station are Rennes (line 12), St Sulpice (line 4).
Linens are provided. Smokers not allowed, pets not allowed.
