Studio apartment in the Père Lachaise area

Situated between rue Saint Maur and rue Petion.
Mostly residential this genuine Parisian neighborhood is located in a few metro stations' distance to the wide Place de la Republique and to the legendary Place de la Bastille, where are many entertainment options such as the Opera House, many cinemas, gorgeous restaurants, and nice pubs. It is also close to the Père Lachaise cemetery where number of celebrities were buried such as the composer Chopin, the writers Moliere and Oscar Wilde, and the lead singer of The Doors band, Jim Morrison. All sorts of conveniences are easily found in the neighborhood.
Located on the ground floor of a 19th century building equipped with a security system, this 20m2 studio is northwest exposed, faces the street, and has double access - building's hall and street. It accommodates up to two couples.
White painted, it has a singular tiled floor, a door and wall-to-wall windows screened by rolling blinds and curtains looking out onto the street, and the advantage of 3,27m high ceiling.
Composing the living room there is a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a square coffee table, an extensible design dining table with two chairs and two stools, a closet, a TV (interior antenna - poor reception), a telephone, and a wooden ladder climbing to the open mezzanine where is a 140cm wide double mattress.
In the kitchen open space there are two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, a countertop, and cupboards above and below the stainless steel sink including the utensils.
Beside the kitchen the bathroom has a tiled shower cabin protected by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin, and toilet.
The closest metro stations are Voltaire (line 9) and Charonne (line 9).
