Live in a traditional Parisian district
This 38 m² one bedroom apartment is on fourth French floor of a prewar building facing southwest. There is no elevator.

When you enter this apartment, you are in the hallway.
From there, you can go to the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, a low table, lamps, cable TV and a DVD player.
The apartment also has internet access.

You access the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet and a little desk.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a vitro-ceramic burner with oven, a microwave and a washer.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a mirror.

The water closet is separate.

Traditional Parisian district mostly residential, provided with number of charming squares and all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets, and convenience shops.
Close to the huge Porte de Versailles Trade Show Center, to the north it is in a few metro stations away from the Montparnasse live and trendy district also famous for its local highest skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for its large number of theaters and cinemas.
