Two bedrooms available close to the Mouffetard area

This spacious three bedroom apartment is close to the Mouffetard (open-air market) and the "Jardin des Plantes". One bedroom (the office) will be closed during rentals. This 60m² apartment is located on the third French floor of a 20th century building (facing South-Est ) with a security code system. The entrance of the building is a real small garden with some exotic plants. There are two elevators in the building. When you enter the apartment, you access the hall through a short hallway. From this hall, you can go to the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a low table, lamps, cable TV, VCR player, DVD player, a stereo and a table with 4 chairs. More chairs are available. A decorative window overlooks onto the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a vitro-ceramic burner with oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a mirror, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a second single-size trundle bed, a closet, a small cabinet and a little chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink, a big mirror and a washer. The toilet is separate and you can access to it by the hall. You also have a Wifi Internet access. Parisian traditional neighborhood developed around Place d'Italie, the two most important points of interest are - Gobelins street, where king Louis XIV set up in 1667 the Royal Crown pieces of furniture' manufacture, still producing tapestries for the National Furniture, it was famous all around Europe in the 18th century, but the existing building dates from 1914 -, and - Choisy Avenue, where start the Asian district, the widest of Europe -. In a few metro stations distance are the Seine River, the Bastille Place, and the Quartier Latin with its Jardin des Plantes (Paris Botanical Garden). In addition to the proximity of the Technical School (Ecole des Arts et Métiers), there are diverse sorts of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, and convenience shops.
