Studio apartment two steps from the famous Louvre
|
This studio is located In a little walking distance from the apartment are the beautiful Place Vendôme with, the beautiful Opéra Garnier, the majestic Louvre Museum, and the National Library. Large department stores are within ten minutes walking distance, and many of the major "haute couture" shops, and luxury boutiques are found in the nearby streets of the Champs Elysees area.
This 25m² studio apartment is located on the second French floor of a building from the 18th century, facing Est and with a security code system. The entrance of the building is a very narrow hallway. The staircase going up to second floor is in wood.
This apartment has not really a lot of light but it is very quiet and very well located.
When you enter the studio you arrive in the open kitchen. It is equipped with all that you need for cooking.
The living/bed room is furnished with a bed (size queen), a closet, two armchairs, a chest of drawers, a cable TV and a DVD Player. The two windows give a view above a dark interior court.
The décor is made of contemporary taste, with a wall in yellow and the others in white. On the roof you can see the apparent beams.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.
There is High speed internet access.
This is an open space apartment that can accommodate 2 persons. (Possibility to have an extra bed)
