One bedroom apartment

Situated between Rue de Menilmontant and rue des Panoyaux.
Within a few steps is the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the widest one of Paris, very agreeable for a relaxing stroll. Also in a short distance from the apartment is the Père Lachaise cemetery where number of celebrities were buried such as the composer Chopin, the writers Moliere and Oscar Wilde, and the lead singer of The Doors band, Jim Morrison. A little farther is the live rue Oberkampkf showing diverse restaurants, nightclubs and trendy bars, all set up over the past few years. Places such as the Marais area, the Louvre Museum, or the Seine River are in 15 to 20 minutes by metro from the apartment. All sorts of conveniences are easily found in the neighborhood.
Pastel colored walls enhance the nice parquet floor, enlightened by windows looking out onto the silent courtyard. Located on the 3rd floor of a 20th century walk up building equipped with a security system this south - southeast exposed 35m2 apartment has 2,67m high ceilings.
To the right side of the hall is the 18m2 living room fitted out with a green double sofa bed, a coffee table, two small tables, a TV, VCR, DVD players and a stereo set on a stand, a double glazing window garnished with curtains, a floor lamp, a leather pouf and houseplants.
At the bottom of the living room is the 9m2 bedroom including a 140cm wide double bed, closets, a floor lamp, bookshelves and a window screened by rolling blinds.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners and a stainless steel sink fit on the wooden worktop, a multifunction oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster, two windows, other kitchen utensils stowed away in the cupboards and shelves and a washing machine.
In front of the main door, the white tiled bathroom includes a shower cabin with detachable showerhead protected by a screen, a white ceramic washbasin fit on a cabinet with a medicine cabinet above, a toilet and a window protected by Venetian blinds.
The closest metro stations are Menilmontant (line 2) and Pere Lachaise (lines 2 and 3)
